Special Service Technician (3rd Level) Heat Pumps

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for an experienced personality to start immediately or by arrangement as

Your field of activity

Analysis and sustainable solution of complex, recurring malfunctions in systems in the field (3rd Level)

Systemic cause analysis including log, trend and event data (remote and on site)

Independent case management including prioritization, coordination and technical support of other service technicians

Technical communication with customers, partners and internal interfaces

Preparation of analysis, final and prevention reports

Building, documenting and passing on knowledge (training, guides, checklists)

Deployments on systems in the field as well as activity at the Münsingen site; the function requires regular presence in Münsingen

Your backpack

Completed basic technical training (e.g. HVAC, building technology, electrical, automation)

Several years of very broad experience in servicing complex technical systems

Experience in maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of heat pumps

High analytical and problem-solving skills across system boundaries

Structured working method as well as clear oral and written communication skills

Calm, confident demeanor even in demanding situations

Valid driving license category B
