Your area of responsibility
- Taking over the holistic care and support of our residents as well as accompanying the relatives in cooperation with the assistant staff
- Co-responsibility for high-quality and service-oriented care
- Participation in working groups and projects - ideas and inputs are welcome
- Accompanying, assessing and promoting apprentices / students during training according to the applicable training guidelines (HF/FaGe/AGS) - ensuring that apprentices/students achieve the training objectives
- Co-responsibility for training quality as well as the working and learning climate
Your skills
- Training as a registered nurse HF or health specialist EFZ with professional experience
- Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment in training young people
- Team-oriented, motivated and empathetic personality who cares about the care and support of elderly people
- Strong social skills and communication skills (didactics and methodology)
- Flexible and precise way of working, ability to act calmly and objectively in complex and sensitive situations
- Assessment competence: ability to objectively assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
