Personal greeting and care of guests throughout their entire stay
Ensuring an individual and excellent guest experience
Maintaining guest data, preferences, and feedback in the relevant systems
Coordinating guest requests, special arrangements, and VIP services in close cooperation with the specialist departments
Active selling of hotel facilities and offers as well as support in the inspection of VIP rooms
Accompanying guests to their rooms according to front office standards
Processing guest feedback via appropriate platforms
Your profile
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage, additional foreign languages are a great plus
- Organizational talent, guest-oriented as well as team player and resilient
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
