«Moving forward together» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, we also have a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the leadership and further development of the care team of around 15 employees, including leading team meetings and participating in reports
- Planning and organization to ensure smooth departmental operations
- Responsibility for daily operations as well as taking on daily and/or house responsibilities
- Implementation and active design of the care process for residents with moderate to severe care needs, including primary nursing
- Conducting and coordinating treatment care as well as proper implementation of medical-technical tasks
- Proper execution of care measures and documentation with electronic systems (CareCoach)
- Evaluation and optimization of care processes, e.g., in the role of RAI coordinator or RAI supervisor
- Promotion of interdisciplinary exchange and participation in specialist committees and projects.
You Bring
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- Experience in long-term care
- Several years of leadership experience is an advantage
- Interest in the further development of long-term care topics
- RAI knowledge or willingness to continue education in this area
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic environment
- Team ability, openness, and high social and professional competence
