Polymechanic Specialist in Manufacturing Milling
Activities
- Setting up and operating 3-5 axis milling machining centers
- Manufacturing workpieces from various materials
- Manufacturing clamping jigs and fixtures
- Optimizing the provided CNC programs
- Active participation in optimizing production processes, continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Standard maintenance on the equipment
- General mechanical work
Requirements
- Apprenticeship as a polymechanic
- Several years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge in mechanical processing
- Good knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain controls
- Programming skills with TopSolid are an advantage
- Independent, precise working style as well as a high quality awareness
- High social competence and communication skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (B1)
- Willingness to perform and resilience
- Flexibility regarding working hours (shift work)
