Your tasks
• Deputizing for the team leader and independently taking on tasks/projects in the administrative, professional, or quality area
• Co-responsibility for the entire care and support process as well as taking over daily responsibility
• Assistance in implementing existing and new quality standards such as Basal Stimulation, Kinaesthetics, Validation
Your profile
• Completed training (HF, DN2, DN1, AKP, PsyKp, FA Long-term care and support)
• Strong social skills and organizational abilities
• Very good oral and written German skills
