• You have successfully completed the SRK Care Assistant course and already have experience in care and support.
• You approach people with heart and an open ear – because genuine encounters are important to you.
• Independence, flexibility, and commitment are among your strengths.
• Clear, appreciative communication is a matter of course for you – whether in the team or in contact with the residents.
