Key Account Manager 80-100%

In the role of Key Account Manager, you prospect with a diverse clientele in French-speaking Switzerland and discuss ICT solutions and services with the client.

You will convince them through your competent and solution-oriented actions, while working closely with a pre-sales team and technical specialists who will support you.

Additionally, you will ensure

• The responsibility for the development of all activities carried out by SPIE ICS, on a list of accounts, a geographical territory, a sector, or a customer segment
• You will take on the commercial, technical, and financial responsibility of the company
• You are responsible for performance and your responsibilities evolve with the complexity of the business and client challenges
• Define the acquisition strategy and manage the relationship with your client base and undertake various prospecting actions to gain new clients
• Understand client challenges and build a tailored solution with an innovative mindset
• Participate in and ensure the engineering and architecture of projects

Commercial follow-up and responsible for the client offer until signature, order taking, and invoicing

• Sales sense, being a skilled negotiator are your strengths and you enjoy diversity
• You have very good experience in the field of information and communication technologies or a related branch
• You know the local market very well, Cloud and IP services, and you have good technical and financial knowledge
• Endowed with good interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, autonomy, adaptability, ability to convince, and you are results-oriented with a team spirit
• Native French speaker with very good knowledge of English
• Workplace: throughout French-speaking Switzerland (office: Bussigny or Satigny)
