Employee Housekeeping, 80%
For the Konradhof in Winterthur, we are looking for an employee for housekeeping 80% starting December 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
The Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Atlas Foundation. It was rebuilt and renovated in 2016 according to the plans of Graf Biscioni. The Konradhof is located in the middle of Winterthur directly at the SBB train station. It has in the building
of the residence 98 residential apartments and a care department with 21 single rooms as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.
Your area of responsibility
- Professional cleaning of the apartments, the rooms in the care department, and the common and infrastructure areas according to the schedule and duty roster
- Forwarding concerns of the residents as well as reporting important observations and incidents
- Implementation of the specifications of the housekeeping team leader

You bring with you
- Housekeeping training as a specialist in hotel-housekeeping EFZ or similar
- Proven practical experience in cleaning apartments and care rooms as well as public areas
- Independent and careful working method
- Resilient and reliable personality
- Good knowledge of German
