About the job
Your tasks include:
- Accepting and processing offers / reservations independently during your shift
- Check-in / Check-out
- Maintaining and managing booking channels (Booking.com, Tomas, Casablanca, etc.)
- Collection and guest accounting with the hotel program "Casablanca" as well as booking appointments in the spa
- Correspondence in German/English/possibly other languages
- Writing menus and food cards
- Operating the telephone switchboard / table reservations
- Various administrative tasks, assistance in service
Our requirements:
- Independent and conscientious work
- You are enthusiastic, team-oriented, and love direct contact with guests
- You are creative and have solid professional knowledge
- You have a friendly demeanor and service awareness
- Native language German, English, possibly other languages are an advantage
- Reception experience must be at least 3 years
- Assistance and service area, carrying food and drinks
We offer you:
- Contemporary salary depending on qualification
(Gross 4000 - 5000 CHF.) - 5-day week with 43.5 hours per week
- 13th month salary
- 5 weeks vacation per year and 6 public holidays
