Regional Sales Manager Small Medium Business Central Switzerland Region 100% (m/f/d)
Work location: Central Switzerland region / Rotkreuz office / Home office
Travel activity: approx. 70%
Your contribution to the future of the company:
- Leadership, coaching and development of approx. 7 field sales employees including result responsibility
- Ensuring optimal customer care and expanding the customer base
- Personal contact with the most important customers in the sales area
- Independent acquisition of mid-market customers
- Co-design of sales and cost budgeting
- Enforcement of the defined market development concepts
- Leading regional team meetings
- Training and coaching of new and existing employees
- Participation in training sessions, sales trainings and customer events
- Active optimization of processes and workflows
Your strengths and achievements:
- Completed commercial basic training and further education in business administration, sales or marketing
- Sales professional with several years of experience preferably in the mid-market / key account area as well as mandatory experience in employee leadership
- Pioneering spirit, high self-motivation and courage to change
- Good networking and residing in the region
- Native German speaker, preferably good English skills
- Very good administrative and IT skills
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- High social skills and exemplary customer orientation
- Initiative, flexible and cooperative personality
- Valid driver's license, high willingness to travel in the place of work
