YOUR MAIN TASKS
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring orders, ensuring their dispatch and confirmation, as well as organizing internal and external transports. You will process orders and be responsible for updating supplier conditions in our ERP and CRM tools. You will also participate in optimizing stock management data by closely monitoring rotations and addressing billing discrepancies to ensure their resolution.
Your Profile
Holder of a commercial employee CFC, ideally complemented by training in procurement or purchasing, you have proven experience in these areas. A good knowledge of construction materials would be a valuable asset. You are comfortable with IT tools, especially SAP and Office 365, and have a minimum B1 level in German, allowing you to work effectively in a bilingual environment. Service-oriented, you demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with the various departments of the company. We are looking for a proactive, pragmatic, and autonomous person, capable of bringing ideas and solutions while collaborating smoothly within a team.
