What you can achieve
- You develop the brand's marketing strategy (branding, portfolio, activation) and implement it for the Swiss market as well as for export.
- You identify consumer, market, and global trend opportunities and manage the development of new products.
- You develop the brand's multichannel communication tools as well as training instruments for Switzerland and export.
- You plan and implement the local marketing plan (Swiss pharmacies) and review the marketing plans in other countries.
- Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you analyze brand performance, are responsible for sales forecasts, and manage the marketing budget.
- You participate in various exciting projects involving the entire beauty marketing team and our brand portfolio.
What you bring
- You have a university degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable field, as well as solid experience in brand management in the cosmetics or FMCG industry, ideally also in product development.
- Your communication strength in dealing with internal and external stakeholders makes you a convincing, competent, and reliable partner.
- As a true team player, you are appreciated for your listening skills, commitment, and flexibility.
- You bring both strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high creativity.
- If you also have confident skills in MS Office tools, then you are the person we are looking for.
- German is your native language; you have very good knowledge of the second national language (at least level B2) as well as very good English skills (at least level C1).
