Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor (Building Construction)

Here is what you will do
- Preparation of the construction site: providing plans, setting safety precautions, and marking work areas
- Independent site management and supervision
- Task distribution as well as care and leadership of the construction site personnel
- Economic deployment planning as well as organization of materials, machines, and equipment
- Execution of all master builder tasks in building construction (new construction, conversion, and renovation): building masonry from brick and natural stone, performing concrete and formwork work, installing steel bars, applying insulation and plastering, assembling prefabricated elements, excavating trenches, laying pipes and cables, demolition work, and heritage-protected buildings
- Support in the training of our apprentices
- Ensuring timely, high-quality construction execution and enforcement of occupational safety measures
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer EFZ
- Further training as a certified construction foreman and/or certified site supervisor or on the way to it
- Organizational skills, independence, and enjoyment of team leadership
- A responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality
- Driver's license category B, ideally also BE
