Requirements
Service apprenticeship and solid experience in very upscale à-la-carte food service and busy establishments, excellent wine knowledge, speaks German and English, host/hostess with heart and conviction, feels comfortable in a young, family-run business and sporty yet refined environment with diverse, interesting guests, is eager, friendly and courteous.
