In daily telephone contact with our customers, your main tasks will be:

Organizing cement deliveries by road and rail.
Planning the optimal use of resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
Performing various administrative tasks of the department (management of delivery notes, reporting, statistics).

What you bringexpand_more

You already have good professional experience in transport.
Training or professional experience in transport and route planning (e.g. freight forwarding clerk).
You are a native German speaker with very good knowledge of French (or vice versa).
You are very proficient in computer use.
You are a flexible, responsible, and committed person who does not lose overview even in hectic moments.
You combine a sense of customer service with result and goal orientation.
You work independently and are motivated to integrate into a small team.
Ideally, you have training as a freight forwarding clerk.
