Your tasks
You are responsible for all topics related to the product and service offering and act as an intermediary between banking expertise and IT. In particular, you focus on topics related to channel management and open banking.
The main tasks include the following:
- Support of the bank representatives of the Front cluster including conducting expert committees
- Budget and cost center responsibility for the Front cluster
- Planning, design, and further development of the product portfolio in collaboration with product owners and business analysts
- Support of projects in the specialist area
- Analysis and collection of requirements as well as development of decision criteria
- You will become the expert in your area of responsibility for in-depth information and training
Your profile
- Degree in business informatics/business administration/finance (FH, HF, federal diploma) or similar
- Several years of experience in the banking environment, especially in-depth knowledge in a specialist topic (digital banking, CRM, open
Finance)
- Good conceptual and analytical skills and a good understanding of contexts and processes
- Personality with good organizational skills and enjoyment in dealing with representatives of banks, software manufacturers, and providers
