Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.For our Women's Clinic, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant Gynecology / Obstetrics 80 - 100% immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Planning and organization of consultations (senior physicians, senior doctors, assistant doctors) including internal consultations and maintaining the electronic medical record
- Telephone triage, reception, and initial care of our patients
- Assistance with examinations, blood sampling, and small laboratory tasks
- Administrative tasks including service recording
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant
- Experience in gynecology/obstetrics and urodynamics is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style as well as confident prioritization
- Loyal, balanced personality with a strong team orientation
- English skills desired, other foreign languages are an advantage
