We are looking for a welcoming and professional receptionist to join our front office team at Tribe Milan Malpensa, located in the airport area. What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience as a receptionist in hotels or accommodation facilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including hotel management software.
- Language skills, with particular emphasis on English at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to operational needs.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, register their check-in, and assign rooms.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
- Manage telephone and online bookings, accurately updating reservation management systems.
- Efficiently and courteously resolve any guest issues or complaints.
- Handle cash operations and financial transactions for check-in and check-out.
- Work closely with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure all rooms are impeccable and ready for guests.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
