Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager Electrical Installation to join our teams in Fribourg and support our clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical installation projects, ensuring performance, quality, and safety of interventions.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Plan, organize and coordinate complex electrical installation sites ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with project stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Ensure financial monitoring of projects and contract management, supervising administrative aspects.
- Consolidate plans and technical files to guarantee the quality of interventions.
- Train, lead and motivate teams to promote their professional development.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in various fields.
- Prepare sales presentations and participate in meetings with potential clients.
- Conduct market analyses to detect trends and opportunities.
- Regularly report progress to management and propose areas for improvement.
🎯 Your profile
- Diploma as an installer-electrician, ideally complemented by a federal project manager certificate.
- Solid experience in managing electrical installation projects.
- Mastery of OIBT and SIA standards to ensure site compliance.
- Natural leadership and results orientation, with the ability to unite teams.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Native French speaker, professional English is a plus.
