About the job

What you will do with us

You lead the team and the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager with passion and responsibility.
You actively support the recruitment of new talents.
You competently and enthusiastically advise our local and international customers.
You operate the cash register and ensure a smooth payment process.
You participate in inventory management and stock control.
You work closely with the Shop Manager.
You take co-responsibility for a smoothly organized shop operation.

When you fit with us

Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
At least 2–3 years of professional and leadership experience in a similar role.
You are a convincing sales personality with a strong customer orientation.
Flexibility is a matter of course for you – including weekend shifts.
Team spirit, commitment, and an open, positive demeanor characterize you.
Passion for premium chocolate and attention to detail.
Fluent German and good English skills, additional languages are a plus.
Well-groomed appearance and a friendly, proactive attitude.
