As a Technical Manager, you play a crucial role in leading our technical team to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality services. You are responsible for managing a team of technicians, setting performance standards, and driving continuous improvement of our technical processes.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the technical team and fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the technical department and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards for technical services.
• Efficiently allocating resources, managing work schedules, and ensuring optimal utilization of the technical team’s skills.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the company’s technical strategy and aligning it with overall business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals.
