To support the accounting department in Bern, we are looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk 50 - 60% (Morning Shifts) - Bern starting September 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your Responsibilities
■ You are jointly responsible for accounts payable management:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Checking documents (VAT regulations, account assignment, approval)
- Maintaining master data
■ You assist with electronic payment transactions
■ You support colleagues and employees in the department
Your Qualifications
■ Commercial or comparable training
■ Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as
knowledge of French or Italian
■ Team player
