- Store management and preparation of work schedules
- Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the sales point
- Participation in the recruitment of new staff and apprentices
- Autonomous and reliable work attitude
- Optimal management of merchandise and assortment and promotion orders
- Ensuring attractive merchandise presentation according to the concept
- Supervision, training and development of apprentices as well as employees
- Responsibility for the proper management of the integrated Post counter
- Handling various administrative tasks
We look forward to this profile
- Completed training in retail with a Federal VET Diploma (required)
- Several years of experience in sales or a similar field (preferably in food)
- Enjoy active exchanges with customers
- Have very good knowledge of French
- Be available for flexible and variable hours
- Work independently and reliably
- Demonstrate high social and professional skills
- Possession of a company trainer diploma would be an asset
