- You take full responsibility for the leadership and organization of the store in close cooperation with the district and/or regional sales management
- You are responsible for the appearance and performance of your store and implement necessary actions
- You promote successful sales activities among your employees and support, encourage, and train them professionally
- You create and control staff deployment and vacation planning
- You ensure merchandise presentation according to guidelines as well as the successful implementation of current advertising measures
- You participate in the operational daily business and ensure competent, comprehensive, and friendly advice
- You have completed basic training in retail or similar industries
- You bring several years of leadership experience and are a motivating role model
- You are willing to perform above average to achieve goals together

- You are an open and communicative personality who convinces through loyalty and respectful interaction
