You bring the following to the position
- You are passionate about technology and people, and you know how to connect both in an inspiring way
- Your professional foundation is a completed technical basic education, complemented by an advanced degree (HF/FH) in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
- You bring solid experience in manufacturing high-quality technical products – ideally in tool or machine construction – and understand how excellent production is linked to sustainable team leadership
- You work in a structured, process-oriented, and solution-focused manner without losing sight of people and relationships
- You master SAP, ideally SAP Project System (PS), as well as modern IT tools and use them purposefully to increase efficiency and transparency
- You are a team player with natural authority, build trust through your positive attitude, and provide guidance: your leadership inspires and motivates
