About the job

In this newly created position, you are responsible for the digitalization strategy and data governance of Aging + Care, City of Winterthur – an organization with around 1,200 employees. You actively shape the digital transformation, combining strategic foresight with implementation strength and confidently navigating the interface between departments, IT, management, and higher-level city committees. Available immediately or by arrangement, you can expect a versatile range of tasks with real scope for design.

Your Tasks

You are responsible for building, further developing, and enforcing the digitalization strategy and data governance at A+P

You manage the digitalization portfolio: planning, prioritization, quality and cost control

You represent A+P in internal and city digitalization committees and actively maintain the network both internally and externally

You ensure the involvement of application managers in projects and coordinate cross-departmental implementation

You accompany the cultural change through change management, training, and targeted communication

Your Profile

Several years of experience in digitalization, project management, and portfolio management, preferably in the healthcare sector

Solid knowledge in data management, governance, and system architecture

Strong communication and consulting skills; confident appearance at all levels

High personal responsibility, enthusiasm for innovation, and assertiveness with empathy

Completed studies in business informatics, digital business management, business administration with relevant further education, or a comparable field
