Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst in the banking sector and passionate about payment systems to join a Core Banking team undergoing transformation, specialized in payment, treasury, and card applications.
Your main tasks:
- Gather and analyze business needs, challenge users, and propose suitable solutions
- Write functional requirements and user stories, according to Agile methodologies
- Coordinate developments with technical teams, monitor schedule and costs
- Prepare and execute functional and non-regression tests
- Ensure clear and regular communication with all stakeholders
Qualifications
- University degree or engineering school
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis in the banking sector
- In-depth knowledge of payments / cash management / Core Banking
- Mastery of Temenos Payment Hub is a real plus
- Excellent communication skills and synthesis ability
- Autonomy, rigor, adaptability, and team spirit
- Fluent in French and English

📍 Residence in Switzerland at the start is expected for this position.
