YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Planning and leading or supporting international projects
• Technical collaboration with all involved institutions in vehicle maintenance
• Member of project organizations where you create solution proposals and implement them in consultation with the internal customer
• Joint development of new maintenance strategies incorporating the latest digital solutions
• Point of contact for the international Stadler service locations. Active networking to coordinate the exchange of experiences
• Interface to the Stadler production sites and co-design of the continuous improvement process
• Execution of the maintenance development function ECM2 and support of ECM1 (Entity in Charge of Maintenance)
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• University or technical college degree in a technical field or completed basic training in a technical area
• Several years of experience in commissioning, maintenance, or development in the field of machine, plant, vehicle construction, or rail vehicles
• Solution- and service-oriented thinking and working style
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Knowledge in the area of RAMS / LCC is beneficial
• Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel, SAP knowledge is desirable
• Flexibility and high communication skills
• Willingness to travel to visit our customers, locations, and fleets (max. 20%)
