SAHB is a nationwide Swiss specialist center for independent advice for people with disabilities and their relatives. We offer competent support in the procurement of aids and equipment and accompany people on the path to as self-determined a life as possible. In addition, we prepare expert technical assessments for social insurances and manage the aids in the disability insurance depot. For our office in Oensingen, we are looking for an Assistant to the Office 50% - 60% starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.Your area of responsibility
- Taking minutes and tracking pending tasks
- Management meeting (monthly)
- Board meeting (4 times a year)
- General assembly (annually)
- Creation and design of presentations, analyses, and reports
- Correspondence and various administrative tasks for the management Your profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Native German speaker, good French skills are an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Strong initiative and interconnected thinking, discretion and loyalty
