The dispatchers of the Cantonal Emergency Call Center (KNZ) ensure rapid, coordinated assistance from all emergency services. They are supported by state-of-the-art dispatch systems and communication tools.

To complete our team, we are looking for a

• Receiving and processing incoming emergency calls and other reports
• Deploying resources for incident management and coordinating emergency forces
• Monitoring, directing, and coordinating ongoing operations as shift supervisor
• Administrative processing of incidents
• Performing shift and on-call duties

• Police officer with a federal professional certificate
• Several years of police professional experience
• Resilience and high concentration ability, even in hectic situations
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking and acting
• Quality-conscious and efficient working style
• Decisiveness
• Teamwork skills and high social competence
• Precise oral expression
• Confident handling and affinity with digital work tools
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
