You are on the road daily with the Hilti company car, driving to construction sites or warehouses, among others, and meeting our contacts there, such as construction and project managers (m/f/d). You take care of our major customers in Central Switzerland. You demonstrate our products on-site or in the top-modern Hilti stores, explain how they work, place our strategic solutions, highlight the advantages, convince customers of the added value, negotiate conditions, and close contracts. You are close to the market, close to the customer, take up the needs and improvement suggestions of the users, and forward them to product management. The main goal is to build sustainable partner customers. Our CRM is the most important planning tool in this.What you bring:
- Experience in the construction industry and/or professional experience in field sales
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- A completed technical education is an advantage
- High degree of self-motivation as well as good self- and time management
- Result and goal orientation, a structured way of working, and a networked way of thinking
- Enjoy daily customer contact and being on the road within your area
- Fluent German and Swiss German skills
- Valid driver’s license
