Assistant Retail (m/f/d)
Workload: 40% / Location: Sursee

In the role of Assistant Retail, you support our retail stores and outlets in daily business with administrative and organizational expertise. Your focus is on efficient office organization as well as proactive controlling to relieve and smoothly manage operational processes in the retail sector. As a central interface, you are also responsible for maintaining and managing the digital presence of the stores on relevant online platforms, ensuring a consistent brand presence. Furthermore, your responsibilities include coordinating meetings, carefully processing invoices and contracts, and maintaining relevant data in various systems. With your structured and solution-oriented approach, you make an important contribution to transparent and efficient retail administration. Your area of responsibility
- Administrative support: You support the retail stores and outlets in all administrative matters, including maintaining opening hours and contract management with landlords and service providers
- Responsibility for digital presence: You take responsibility for the digital presence on the UBERALL platform, including SEO measures, and act as a central interface to marketing
- Organization and coordination of daily business: You coordinate daily business, prepare meetings, process invoices, and maintain relevant data. Additionally, you support the sales team with inquiries and send internal retail news
- Financial and cost management: You are responsible for maintaining cost centers, processing expense and credit card statements, managing cash expenditures, and organizing hotel bookings

- You have a commercial education and bring experience in a similar administrative role and from the sales sector
- Your working style is organized, structured, and characterized by a high level of responsibility
- With your communicative manner and good expression, you move confidently in daily collaboration
- Thanks to your very good knowledge of MS Office, you work efficiently, conceptually, and solution-oriented
- You are flexible, versatile, and resilient even in challenging situations
- English skills as well as especially French skills are an advantage
