Our Diakonia position in the parish of Littau strives to create an atmosphere of openness and support where people feel welcome and understood.
To lead our Diakonia team, we are looking for a
Your tasks:
- Cooperative area management of Diakonia or social work of the parish of Littau
- Responsibility for various projects such as food crib, open clothing cupboard, Café Zwischenhalt, integration projects, among others
- Public relations work in the area of Diakonia projects
- Coordination and support for social counseling
- Further development of existing and new projects
- Integration and networking of people from different social classes and cultures
- Adult education
- Collaboration in the pastoral and parish team
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with social agencies, churches, and authorities
We expect:
- Degree from HS or FHS in Social Work or equivalent
- Leadership experience in social work
- Experience in project and non-profit work and counseling
- Communicative personality with a flair for organizing events and an independent working style
- Openness, flexibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team
