About the job

– Responsibility for your own bar or lounge area in the operational daily business

– Professional preparation and serving of drinks at a high level (according to LQA standards)

– Personal care and advice for guests with a high service orientation

– Support of the Bar Manager in maintaining quality and service standards

– Ensuring smooth workflow in your own area

– Control of mise-en-place as well as responsibility for cleanliness and order in the work area

– Implementation of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)

– Support in training and guiding commis, interns, and new employees

– Active participation in special events, guest shifts, or pop-ups

– Maintaining a warm and professional appearance as a host at the bar

– Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management

– Professional experience in the 5* sector and experience with LQA standards

– Passion for high-quality drinks and modern bar culture

– Sense of responsibility and host mentality

– Teamwork skills and a high level of service orientation

– Very good German and English skills, spoken and written

– Additional language skills are an advantage

– Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor

– Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
