- Strong understanding of Swiss agricultural policy and biodiversity promotion.
- Experience in agricultural consulting or project management with farms.

Biodiversity Consultant 70-80%
To strengthen the Lindau location, we are looking for a committed personality for the area of organic farming, soil & biodiversity at the Lindau location starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Actively shape biodiversity in Zurich agriculture
- Pilot innovative projects: consulting on planning, upgrading, and maintenance of biodiversity promotion areas.
- Inspire with practical knowledge: drive forward future-oriented initiatives as a link between agriculture, administration, and nature conservation
- Develop smart tools: organize exciting field visits, events, and practice-oriented training in agriculture
- Teaching in basic education in the field of biodiversity at about 10%
Your profile
- Completed studies in agricultural sciences, environmental natural sciences, or comparable training with a focus on agriculture and biodiversity
- Sound knowledge of Swiss agricultural policy, the ÖLN requirements as well as biodiversity promotion on agricultural enterprises
- Practical experience in agricultural consulting or project work with direct contact to farms
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style as well as enjoyment in working with farmers
