For the Controlling & Reporting department, we are looking for a committed employee for the Reporting team starting 1 August 2026.
Your tasks
- Project responsibility in third-party funding controlling: Financial management of research projects - from budget planning through ongoing control to financial accounting
- Reporting of research projects: Preparation of reports according to the specific requirements of external funders (SNSF, EU, US, industry, federal government)
- Contact person for financial questions: Advice and support for decentralized units and project leaders in all financial matters
- Interface to the external audit office: Coordination and communication in the area of third-party funding
Your profile
- Degree in business administration (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on finance & controlling or completed commercial training with corresponding further education in the financial sector
- Professional experience in project reporting, ideally in the higher education sector
- Very good Excel skills and experience with financial applications of SAP / S4 / Hana
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with pleasure in working with internal and external stakeholders
