Job Description

• Sparring partner and first point of contact for management in all HR matters
  (personnel planning, labor law issues, leadership and organizational questions)
• Consulting and supporting managers in operational and legal HR topics
  (Swiss labor law, regulations, conflict and performance management)
• Ensuring the legally compliant implementation of all personnel-related processes and documents
  (employment contracts, contract changes, terminations, references, guidelines)
• Administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  (onboarding and offboarding, mutations, references, absence management)
• Maintenance and responsibility of personnel data as well as creation and management of all HR documents
• Assistance in preparing the monthly payroll processing
• Administrative assistance to management
• General support with administrative tasks in the office environment

Qualifications

• Completed further education in the HR field (e.g., HR clerk, HR specialist with federal diploma) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, ideally in an SME
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and relevant social insurances
• Solid experience in drafting and evaluating employment contracts, terminations, work references, and internal regulations
• Experience in preparing payroll processing and collaborating with payroll departments is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR tools is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and discreet working style
• Friendly, service-oriented personality with team spirit
