Customer Retention Manager (m/f/d) 50%
What awaits you with us:
- You monitor usage, feedback, and cancellation signals to proactively identify at-risk customers. You interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to implement actions aimed at anticipating cancellations, securing renewals, and addressing usage gaps.
- You are in direct contact with customers who are subject to a cancellation or expressing dissatisfaction. Your mission is to clarify complaints and jointly find an appropriate solution.
- To reduce the cancellation rate, you implement targeted measures, including coaching, webinars, process optimizations, and training on functionalities.
- You reduce inactive and suspended accounts by proactively contacting customers and identifying obstacles to usage.
- Collaboration with support, product, marketing, and customer success departments is a driver for visibility of systemic problems and progress in improvements.
- Furthermore, your connected thinking promotes upselling and cross-selling, provided these measures or add-ons bring substantial customer benefit.
What we require:
- You live in Switzerland.
- You have a basic commercial education (CFC commercial employee) completed or a comparable education; further training in business management is a notable advantage.
- You bring 2 to 5 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., software, telecommunications, customer relations/retention specialist).
- Your communicative, assertive, and solution-oriented personality distinguishes you. You demonstrate strong personal initiative and a good understanding of numbers to convince.
- A structured, independent working method and at the same time team-oriented approach are also part of your daily routine.
- Your native language is French (or similar level) and you have very good knowledge of English. Mastery of German or Italian is a significant advantage.
