To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Employee Building Maintenance Specialization HVAC / Building Technology 100% (m/f/i) starting January 2026 or by arrangement
Your extensive main responsibilities include:
- responsibility, leadership, and further development of the HVAC area
- monitoring and controlling technical systems via the building management system
- general maintenance, servicing, and repair work on all systems
- collaboration with laboratories and external partners and companies
- technical department management of building technology HVAC across all 31 buildings
- innovative approaches and continuous development of expertise
- close cooperation with the site manager, especially to support the HVAC departments
- building sustainable business relationships and maintaining the professional network
- participation in general maintenance work in building maintenance
You have completed training as a sanitary installer or heating installer EFZ (m/f/i) and/or a degree as a certified building technician specializing in HVAC. You have at least 5 years of solid experience in HVAC planning and project management as well as initial leadership experience, are familiar with building management systems and installations, etc. You are reliable, resilient, and a team player, and are also willing to work weekend shifts on a rotating basis.
You place great value on quality and help actively develop people and structures. You are motivated, love challenges, and find solutions or approaches to solutions for our complex systems. We expect a neat, friendly, and courteous demeanor. Foreign languages are an advantage in dealing with our employees and guests.
