Pre-internship at the Atelier vom Wolf in der Säule (60%, 9–12 months)

The association sintegrA Zürich is a social organization that has been committed to the social and professional integration of people with mental disabilities for over 30 years and now operates various services in four facilities. At the Atelier vom Wolf in der Säule, we offer people with mental disabilities space for creative activities, a daily structure, support, and the opportunity to be part of a community and maintain social contacts. From February 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you:

Your tasks

• Accompanying and supporting participants in creative activities
• Promoting social contacts and community
• Weekly management of the communal lunch cooking
• Collaboration in the team and shaping the daily atelier routine

What you bring

• Empathy and joy in working with people with mental disabilities
• You intend to study social work, art education, occupational therapy, or similar and want to gain deeper insights into these professional fields.
• You bring your own experience in the art field through further education, training, or personal interest.
• You have professional experience in the psychiatric field or the willingness to acquire knowledge.
• Open, communicative personality with enthusiasm for versatile work
• You are interested in engaging with the social-psychiatric aspects of mental disabilities and working interdisciplinarily
• You appreciate working independently.
