About the job

• Collaboration in payroll accounting (SAP) for KSA, Zofingen Hospital as well as the Blood Donation SRK Northwest Switzerland, including the associated administrative tasks in cooperation with the payroll team
• You support data entry within the scope of responsibilities in HR payroll
• Assistance in processing social security and withholding tax statements (including BVG)
• Processing of sickness and accident notifications using UKA-Solutions
• Performing correct posting of payroll-relevant figures in financial accounting, including interface maintenance and reconciliations.
• Assistance with monthly and annual payroll accounting closing, including performing account reconciliations
• Support and advice to managers and employees on HR matters
• Participation in various HR projects

• You have a commercial background with further training in personnel and/or social insurance
• You have several years of experience in payroll, ideally in a large company
• Your flexible, resilient and solution-oriented nature as well as your reliable, independent and precise way of working enrich our HR team
• Confident handling of SAP, MS Office and UKA-Solutions as well as willingness to quickly learn and apply new IT tools
• Very good manners, reliability and trustworthiness
• Structured, precise and independent working style, hands-on mentality as well as a high service orientation
• Reliability, teamwork skills and a proactive working style
• German as native language
