We are looking for a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our Partner Solutions team, who is eager to learn, grow, and take responsibility
.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Key account manager and main contact for large national and international investment and private banks
- Prepare and join C-level discussions with partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth for investment solutions
- Develop and execute strategic cross-functional projects to deliver solutions tailored to partners' needs
- Own and drive the integration strategy; design and implement a long-term operating model and achieve the required scalability and flexibility across existing and new partners
- Develop relationships with key business decision makers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute key business initiatives
- Support acquisition efforts with prospects
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Broad understanding of the value chain of Structured Product manufacturing
- Relationship management and project work experience a plus
- Degree in Economics or Finance
- Fluency in English, German a strong plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to simplify and present complex ideas
- Analytical, logical and commercial mind-set with a strong drive to provide outstanding service
- Resilient self-starter, autonomous and pro-active team-member
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a Front Office function within Structured Products business is considered a plus
- Ability to design solutions after gathering business requirements
- Persistence, ability to maintain continuity on project's momentum
- A desire to learn and innovate
