Your Profile:
- Completed technical training (e.g., mechanics, metal construction, electrical engineering)
- Further training as team leader, technician, industrial foreman, or comparable is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience, ideally first leadership experience
- Experience in occupational safety, quality, and production processes
- Clear communication, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented, resilient, and solution-focused working style
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
Your Tasks
- Technical and personnel leadership of the assembly team
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of assembly orders
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
- KPI tracking
- Further development of employees (coaching, onboarding, target agreements)
- Implementation and role modeling of LEAN and 5S principles
- Active participation in process improvements (CIP)
- Support in operational assembly business
