What to expect with us
You are part of a two-person auditor team that reports directly to the head of the Contributions department. This means you can expect a high level of personal responsibility and freedom to shape your work. You independently plan and conduct audits at employers and trustees and sometimes provide advisory services even beyond cantonal borders. You analyze facts, explain contexts, and find pragmatic solutions within the framework of legal requirements.
Your daily routine also includes administrative tasks related to audits and bankruptcy cases. You think along and proactively initiate process optimizations. Good ideas do not disappear in a drawer with us but are discussed and implemented.
You competently advise and support our clients on an equal footing. Internally, you work closely with various specialist departments; externally, you coordinate with trustees, authorities, and other stakeholders. You prepare statements for objections and seasonally support your colleagues in the Contributions department where possible (e.g., payroll declaration).
You actively contribute to the implementation of new legal requirements and participate in projects, whether in process development, digitalization topics, or professional innovations. Combating undeclared work in the AHV area is also part of your responsibilities.
In short: You work operationally, think strategically, and take responsibility for achieving departmental and individual goals. In doing so, you act according to the SVZ mission statement and our corporate culture.
What we expect from you
We are not looking for a pure control instance but a personality with a desire to shape things. You think in networks, question the status quo, and enjoy making processes simpler, clearer, and more efficient.
You work in a structured and independent manner, communicate confidently, and value team exchange. Professional experience in the social insurance environment, auditing, or fiduciary sector is important, as is a good understanding of legal contexts. Even more important to us is your attitude: curious, responsible, and open to change.
