About the job
Our core task involves providing services related to condominium ownership.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an open-minded and experienced personality as a Real Estate Clerk Condominium Ownership (m/f/d, 80-100%)
You like to take responsibility, feel at home in the real estate world, impress with your cheerful nature, and can support us immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
▪ You independently handle correspondence and maintain telephone contact with condominium owners, craftsmen, caretakers, and authorities
▪ You prepare the condominium owners' meetings, participate in the meetings as a minute taker (mostly in the evenings), write the minutes afterwards, and handle the dispatch
▪ You ensure the obtaining and checking of craftsmen's offers and issue orders of all kinds
▪ You are responsible for handling insurance cases
▪ You check and post incoming invoices and perform all general assistant tasks
▪ Together with the property manager, you become the central contact person for the delegates/auditors of the condominium owners' association
Your profile
▪ You have completed a commercial basic education
▪ You master the basics of administration, are an organizational talent, and can communicate with clients and owners both orally and in writing
▪ You have already gained initial experience in the administrative management of condominium ownership or rental properties (advantageous)
▪ You inspire with a sense of responsibility and have high quality standards
▪ Your pronounced service orientation, reliability, and implementation strength are equally appreciated by customers and colleagues
▪ German is your native language and you are proficient in using the MS Office suite
