To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Service Clerk 80% starting July 2026 or by arrangement

"Fugu" daycares is a private company that aims to expand family-supporting childcare at attractive locations. Currently, at 18 locations, we care for 600 children daily with over 320 employees and train over 100 apprentices. We are a growing company with many exciting tasks. At our office in Wallisellen, we manage customer service, human resources, and other central processes for all our daycares.

We are looking for a committed, communicative, and team-oriented personality with initiative! As a Customer Service Clerk, you support and coordinate the central customer service area for all our locations and are the first point of contact for customers and interested parties in administrative matters.

Tasks

• Contact person for customer inquiries in German, additional language skills are always welcome 😊

• Capacity management for the daycares

• Allocation of places and contract management

• Invoicing / dunning

• Administrative handling of subsidized daycare places

• Data maintenance of the daycare software

• Ensuring administrative tasks for smooth daycare operations

• Cooperation with team management, operations management, and daycare managers

• Coordination and close alignment with daycare management

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs

• Willingness to flexibly perform tasks in a growing company

• Independent, solution-oriented working style

• Committed, reliable, customer-oriented, and friendly personality

• Sales flair

• Confident German and English in spoken and written form
