Head of Nursing and Core Services (Member of Executive Management) 80-100%

Your tasks:
• In this role, you lead the Nursing and Housekeeping department with about 30 employees. You manage this area professionally, organizationally, and personnel-wise and report directly to the Managing Director.
• You create the duty roster for your employees and coordinate it with the route planning processes.
• Since housekeeping and nursing are central elements of the services offered by Spitex, you manage these interdisciplinary teams daily in a needs-based and forward-looking manner. With your team, you cover all aspects from the preliminary clarification of assignments, through admission, the services to be provided, to the discharge of a client, ensuring a flawless, individual, and cost-transparent service of Spitex Bottmingen-Oberwil.
• You monitor target achievements and ensure smooth internal information exchange among all parties involved as well as with executive management. Additionally, you ensure that your team complies with legal requirements (occupational safety, health protection, hygiene, data protection, etc.).
• You incorporate the strategic directives of the executive management and the board into your daily processes and leadership work, thus advancing our institution. Networking with partner organizations in the region and appropriate benchmarking assist you and your team.

Your profile:
For this versatile and exciting role, you bring appropriate training in healthcare. Ideally, you hold a relevant diploma in nursing (HF or BSc) and can draw on several years of professional experience in nursing. Desirable would be your expertise in outpatient nursing with advanced training (DAS, MAS, gerontological nursing) or management training with corresponding specialist expertise.
• You bring a solid and future-oriented understanding of nursing and have already gained leadership experience in healthcare.
• Your daily work requires very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
