About the job

• Develop, implement and continuously optimize a holistic security concept for physical security across all business areas.
• Define security requirements for construction projects, facilities and buildings as well as closely accompany and support larger construction projects.
• Train and sensitize employees on physical security topics (protection against fire, access, sabotage, theft, etc.).
• Create, review and approve risk and hazard analyses.
• Take over the selection of external partners and coach internal interfaces on security issues.

• Extensive experience in physical security at strategic and operational levels, ideally in the energy sector or in the environment of critical infrastructures.
• You convince as a coach and sparring partner for departments around security topics.
• Developing security concepts, implementing measures and conducting training are part of your daily routine.
• Completed basic training combined with further education in the security environment (security consultant SSI, ASIS International certificates CPP/PSP, etc.).
• You act pragmatically, decisively and understand how to communicate complex matters clearly.
