Branch Manager / Market Manager 100% 

Your Tasks

• You actively contribute to the implementation of our corporate strategy and are significantly involved in achieving budget and cost targets
• You take responsibility for personnel management and development of the team, thus promoting their growth and motivation
• You inspire our customers with your extensive product knowledge and ensure that every shopping experience becomes unforgettable
• You ensure that daily business runs smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are always maintained
• You take care of orders and monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is always available

Your Profile

• You have completed training in retail and have successfully furthered your education as a retail specialist or in a similar field, which is an advantage
• Thanks to your solid business knowledge, you have a strong understanding of economic contexts and can act strategically
• Your high leadership and social skills make it easy for you to act as a role model and inspire the team
• You always keep an overview, even when juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are proficient in MS Office and merchandise management systems, ideally also with SAP R/3
• You are willing to actively support the team on Saturdays and Sundays
